Joe Gibson

With a background in the retail industry, Joe has over 40 years’ experience in business management and development. He firmly believes that “if you are not changing, you are not growing.”

He took the role as Executive Director for the Jefferson Alliance in 2022 and has been intrinsic in the development of the Alliance’s programs including workforce development, commercial retail support, and industrial recruitment.

A lifetime resident of East Tennessee, Joe has lived with his family in Jefferson City for the past 30 years and has a strong connection to the local community.

Jayde Vittetoe

A resident of Jefferson County, Jayde has lived with her family in Dandridge for 26 years. She attended East Tennessee State University and received a Bachelor of Science degree.

Jayde took the role of Program Coordinator for the Jefferson Alliance in April 2024. She is excited to be a part of the economic development for Jefferson County and helping grow the workforce, support commercial retail, and recruit new industries.

A graduate of Jefferson County High School, Jayde is very active in supporting her community. In her spare time, she enjoys working out at a local CrossFit gym and spending time on the lake with friends and family.
